Lead the vision, strategy, optimization, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Business applications, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian Suite, Clinical Trials Management Systems, etc. This role will be responsible for ensuring our application platform effectively supports Natera's current and future business needs across all functional areas. Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP and CRM strategy aligned with Natera's overall business objectives and IT roadmap.

As a member of the Business Systems team, you will play a key role in supporting Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives, helping to drive process improvements, support day-to-day operations, and ensure the system meets both business and compliance needs. This role requires strong functional and technical Oracle experience, a solid understanding of accounting processes, and familiarity with internal control frameworks like SOX and IT General Controls. Experience with revenue automation solutions is also highly valuable.
