Principal Product Designer

In this role, the selected candidate will:

• Define and evolve the overall UX and product experience across AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Prototype complex interactions and AI workflows using tools like Figma, Cursor, and Framer.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to influence product roadmap and direction.

The ideal candidate:

• Will lead design for complex, ambiguous initiatives while maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design.
• Will mentor and elevate other designers through guidance, feedback, and example.
• Will develop scalable systems, design patterns, and frameworks to unify the product experience.
