About You:
- You have 8+ years of accounting experience.
- You hold an active CPA and have deep experience with US GAAP.
- You are comfortable operating with limited oversight.
In the First Month, You'll:
- Develop a deep understanding of our current accounting stack.
- Take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, People, Ops, and GTM teams.
Within the First 3 Months, You'll:
- Fully own and run our month-end close process.
- Lead all key accounting functions.
- Develop and document scalable internal controls.
