What You’ll Do:
- Take handoff of new client relationships from the sales team after the initial deal closes
- Become the client’s primary point of contact and build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- Work with clients to understand their organizational challenges and translate them into well-scoped Correlation One engagements
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–14 years of professional experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, consulting, or a related field
- Direct experience owning enterprise client relationships as the primary point of contact — not in a supporting role beneath a partner or senior leader
- Track record of expanding accounts through delivery quality and relationship depth
