Staff Product Manager – Voice AI India

About the Role:

• VoiceAI is one of HighLevel's most important AI products, enabling businesses to deploy AI-powered voice agents for inbound and outbound calls.
• The Staff Product Manager will own strategy, execution, and quality bar across AI agents, telephony, CRM, workflow automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for HighLevel VoiceAI.
• Deeply understand customer use cases across agencies, SMBs, and high-call-volume verticals.
• Partner with engineering on telephony architecture, LLM behavior, and infrastructure scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8–12 years of product management experience with complex B2B SaaS, AI, or communication products.
• Strong technical fluency in voice AI, telephony, or conversational AI with systems thinking.
• High ownership, customer empathy, and clear written communication in a fast-growth remote environment.
