About the Role:
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for our Identity Platform.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of authentication and authorization systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality identity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable, performant, and reliable authentication and authorization systems.
- Own and evolve Maven's auth platform, setting standards for how authentication and authorization are implemented consistently across services and client applications.
- Mentor and guide mid-level engineers, helping to develop their technical skills.
