Technical Accounting Manager

Financial precision and compliance are the cornerstones of Exodus's success, and they are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to uphold these principles. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistent alignment with both SEC and GAAP standards, and executing controls. The candidate will ensure timeliness and accuracy in adherence to GAAP standards, lead the adoption of new GAAP standards, and collaborate with the team for timely implementation. Further responsibilities will include reviewing monthly account reconciliations, analyzing accounting activities, evaluating financial data, compiling reports for executive review, overseeing audit requests, and mentoring and developing the accounting team.
