Job Description
As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will continuously monitor all inquiries to external stakeholders by participating in the Client’s inquiry management system’s manager’s queue to conduct detailed review of each inquiry handled by MI associates for accuracy, relevance & alignment with Client’s standards. Provide feedback to MI associates to ensure inquiry handling meets all expectations. You may guide MI associates on handling escalated inquiries.
You will also review and approve medical response documents for products across therapeutic areas and ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, & aligned with Client’s standards. You should develop and maintain response database for assigned products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify strategies and execute tactics to support Novartis products is another important aspect of the role. Responsibilities also include developing and providing therapeutic and product training to multiple internal customers and stakeholders. Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing metrics for MI activities and reporting on a regular basis as well as providing inquiry management coverage (no after-hours or weekend coverage) is required.
