About the role:
- As an Engineering Manager, you will manage 1-2 teams and demonstrate strong domain ownership over product features and frameworks.
- Leverage expert knowledge in the Auth/Identity field to guide teams through undefined issues and ensure service health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of experienced professionals, exercising responsibility for staffing, budgets, and delivering outcomes on predictable timelines.
- Establish deep operational oversight with rigorous release protocols and build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
We’re looking for:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience including 8+ years as an individual contributor and 4+ years in direct engineering management.
- Domain expertise in IAM, authentication protocols, and platform architecture.
