YORKยฎ Airside Technical Services (ATS) from Johnson Controls helps clients respond to their building efficiency needs by providing a wide variety of industrial and commercial airside units (AHU). From reducing a facilityโs carbon footprint, to delivering a healthier indoor environment and cutting energy costs, we create smaller, more energy efficient AHUs. The AHU Aftermarket Parts Application Engineer provides sales and technical support to the Field Sales and Service organization, end users and contractors for aftermarket product offerings. Responsibilities include quoting, processing orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, managing order entry, order status, following up with suppliers, creating new customer profiles, and providing support for the Global Airside Field Sales & Service organization. Provides selling support through technical assistance via Sales Force and email inquiries from field offices, contractors and end users. Works with Suppliers, JCI factories and Engineering teams to provide part numbers, pricing and delivery for Airside Aftermarket parts. Utilizing system databases, provides parts pricing and freight estimates. Coordinate archive data requests with internal retention center to support the Airside agents and JCI Sales and Rep/Agents. Resolve RMA issues that arise with customer orders. Identify Continuous improvement opportunities thru day-to-day support activities. Provides assistance or information for favorable aftermarket sales. Effectively promotes/enhance aftermarket product offerings for purchase. Works with suppliers and manufacturing plants to increase sales through price discounts, premium shipping, quantity breaks.
