Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Circle is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help level-up their strategy, processes, capabilities, and bandwidth due to outstanding growth. As a full-cycle recruiter reporting to the Head of People, you'll own talent sourcing, assisting in designing and refining job descriptions and identifying effective sourcing channels.

Your responsibilities include proactively engaging with prospects, developing a process for sourcing, supporting talent branding, managing leads in Greenhouse ATS, and accurately measuring sourcing efforts.

The role involves direct communication with leads and candidates, conducting first-stage interviews, and high-touch coordination of interviews.
