Performance Objectives:

  • Deliver high-quality MBSE artifacts and technical leadership through the CDR phase.
  • Perform requirements traceability and impact assessments for CDR review.
  • Support development of System and Subsystem Design Description documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop system requirements based on inputs from internal Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams, as well as external customers and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain SysML models using MBSE methodologies and tools such as Cameo.
  • Lead or support compliance with ARP4754B development practices and produce necessary artifacts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related STEM field.
  • 7+ years in aerospace-related industry, with 5+ years as Systems Engineer.
  • Experience applying MBSE principles using SysML and one or more MBSE tools.
