Quality Assurance Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, caregivers, coordination teams, payers, RNs, providers, and stakeholders to ensure client safety and continuity of care.
• Follow regulatory guidelines to manage clinical incidents to key deadlines.
• Share trends and insights from aggregate data to support continuous quality improvement.
