Job Description
The Product Manager, Pipe & Fittings role involves developing and executing product line strategies to support MPI’s innovation and end-market initiatives. This includes driving new product development through the ideation, development, and launch process, coordinating internal and external resources. It also includes implementing specific programs that will increase sales productivity, profitability, and market share, and engaging with the commercial sales organization to understand emerging product opportunities and drive innovation. The role requires understanding market needs, trends, and competitor intelligence and creating effective training tools. Collaboration with end-users and specification teams is essential for flawless execution of new product initiatives and cost savings programs.
