Role Overview:
- Contact providers to educate and negotiate post-pay appealed claims.
- Manage post payment queues and meet turnaround standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and negotiation calls to providers.
- Verify understanding of NSA payments and regulations.
- Document all conversations and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in appeals, negotiations, or medical billing.
- Experience with provider outreach and claims systems.
- Broad healthcare policy and payment understanding.
