Project Accounting and Client Support:
- Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to Project Managers.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports to Project Managers.
- Ensure accurate and complete invoice packages are submitted to clients.
Systems and Reporting Support:
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Deltek Vantagepoint project accounting.
- Support accurate project financial reporting by maintaining data accuracy.
- Provide guidance to Project Managers on billing procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of project accounting experience within a professional services firm.
- Demonstrated experience with project accounting and revenue recognition.
