Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage home infusion billing and reimbursement workflows, focusing on accounts receivable and payor collections.
• Resolve complex claims and denials to ensure timely reimbursement and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance billing accuracy and turnaround, maintaining thorough documentation in systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of home infusion billing experience and 2+ years in reimbursement, AR, or payor collections.
• Proficiency with front-end billing, claims resolution, HIPAA compliance, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience with Brightree or similar systems and a proven ability to meet billing or collection metrics.
