Position Summary:
- Support patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams in navigating the reimbursement process.
- Focus on ensuring that patients have access to prescribed therapies by resolving reimbursement barriers.
- Have a strong background in healthcare reimbursement and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all reimbursement activities comply with federal and state regulations.
- Provide insights to internal teams on reimbursement trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up to date on changes in reimbursement policies and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Have 3 years of experience in reimbursement, patient access, and pharmaceutical account management.
- Have direct experience coordinating with specialty pharmacies.
