What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients regarding billing questions
- Respond to inbound calls and reach out to patients to collect payments
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to patients.
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in healthcare
- Strong understanding of coinsurance, deductibles, and copays
- Experience within HIPAA and Medicare compliance frameworks.
