What You'll Do:
- Discuss insurance coverage with patients.
- Provide balance estimates and explain financial obligations.
- Identify and enroll patients in financial aid programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in financial counseling, revenue cycle, or patient billing.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with excellent organization.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing, coding, or revenue cycle functions.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment a plus.
