- Resolve outstanding claims via payor portals and phone.
- Submit appeals for non-payment of claims.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of claims/accounts receivable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical office software.
- Understands Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing rules.
