- Interpret and implement federal, state, and local air quality regulations, including NSR, PSD, and Title V.
- Develop air permit strategies, permit matrices, and schedules for major and minor sources.
- Interface with permitting agencies and support negotiations on permit conditions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MS preferred.
- Four or more years of air permitting experience in electric power, manufacturing, or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Clean Air Act, NSR, PSD, and Title V regulations.
