Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination. Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary. Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap. Project-level resource assignment and scheduling. Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements. Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders. Run all team ceremonies and meetings Drive resolution of production issues. Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.
