Job Overview:
- Serve as Operations and Maintenance Specialist within the Operations/Construction & Lifecycle Monitoring Support swim lane for DOE Energy Dominance Financing.
- Deliver bankable, technically defensible Independent Engineering advisory services converting discipline-specific findings into lender-ready outputs.
- Support post-construction O&M capability, reliability, production performance, and long-term debt-service capacity assessment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide Independent Engineering advisory support for technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities with emphasis on O&M programs.
- Review project documentation, evaluate technical and commercial interfaces, identify risks and mitigations, and prepare defensible work products.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, and other stakeholders to support timely lender and DOE decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, business, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Skills in independent engineering review, technical due diligence, risk assessment, O&M programs, and stakeholder coordination.
