Fintech Consumer Finance Product and Regulatory Attorney

Dave is seeking a Fintech Consumer Finance Product and Regulatory Attorney with experience in neobanking products, deposit accounts, payments, and BSA/AML to provide practical legal advice on existing and new products. This role involves partnering with teams, reviewing strategic transactions, and applying financial regulations. The attorney will support innovation, conduct legal research on fintech trends and digital assets, and advise on payments strategy and BaaS partnerships. The attorney will also support servicing processes, address AML and fraud matters, strategize for new requirements, and improve legal processes by leveraging automation and AI. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to balance legal risks with business strategy.
