Job Description
Talent Management/Staff Management:
-Provide support, direction, and technical assistance to CDI staff.
-Manage the staffing needs for assigned clients through identifying needs.
-Monitor the productivity, quality, and utilization levels within the CDI team.
Success Metrics:
-Focus on staff engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
-Achieve quality and productivity targets.
-Improve staffing efficiency and time to fill.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Active credential from ACDIS or AHIMA.
-Exceptional communication skills.
