About the Role:
- Virtual PT evaluations for employer populations across job types.
- Focus on routing and characterizing conditions, not ongoing treatment.
What You'll Do:
- Assess work-relatedness, severity, and flags in single virtual visits.
- Initiate correct care pathways and document functional limitations.
- Coordinate with accommodation teams and Care Coordinators.
Qualifications:
- DPT from CAPTE-accredited program and active state licensure.
- 3+ years clinical experience and comfort with virtual care.
- Knowledge of workplace accommodation and return-to-work documentation.
