Place Exchange is seeking a customer-focused technical associate to ensure the smooth operations of campaigns executed on their platform. In this role, you will participate in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST. Responsibilities include working closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve issues, handling inbound requests, monitoring performance, escalating issues, and communicating across teams. You’ll also contribute to processes and documentation on setup, validation, and troubleshooting campaigns.
