Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Develop release plans, track progress, identify dependencies, and sequence work effectively.
- Proactively surface and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessary to leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex technical programs or products.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
- Proven ability to align program execution with Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams.
