Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the hands-on development and optimization of Mediafly’s Salesforce-based platform services, including work on our Learning Management product. This role focuses on building scalable, secure solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud (LWR). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and integrations, while contributing to Mediafly’s vision of leveraging AI and data-driven insights within Salesforce to enhance revenue enablement and learning experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong development skills with platform strategy and performance optimization expertise. Design and build scalable, secure solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. Extend and optimize Appinium’s managed packages to support AI-driven content workflows, transcription, and personalization. Build reusable Experience Cloud components that support Agentforce-powered coaching and guidance experiences. Architect and implement real-time and batch integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud for identity resolution, segmentation, and event processing. Support Salesforce DX workflows for metadata-driven development and deployment.
