Responsibilities:
- Be a vital part of the Corporate Legal team.
- Lead the maintenance for our parent company and global subsidiaries.
- Support securities law compliance and SEC reporting for our public company filings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ paralegal experience, including in-house at a public company.
- Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal certification are preferred
- Experience managing entities, including preparing board and committee materials and forming and dissolving subsidiaries.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing, prioritizing, and completing multiple projects and tasks
- Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality in a highly open and transparent environment
