Microsoft 365 Specialist

The Microsoft 365 Specialist role is pivotal in the continued adoption of Microsoft 365 within NEC Software Solutions ensuring that the business best benefits from the extensive capabilities of the platform. The successful candidate will be delivering Microsoft 365 consultancy currently and have a broad knowledge of the whole Microsoft 365 ecosystem. They will have been directly involved in the roll-out of Microsoft 365 to one or more medium sized organisations and provided business and IT consultancy to ensure successful adoption of the platform and application suite. Communication and collaboration are paramount to this role, the Microsoft 365 Specialist will be working closely with internal stakeholders on a continuous basis, understanding their needs and identifying solutions that take advantage of Microsoft 365, either as new opportunities or redesigning existing solutions. Responsibilities will include being a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft 365, maintaining internal architecture and operational documentation, and leading business change through Microsoft 365 adoption.
