Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for FP&A, including revenue, expenses, provider compensation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, analyze costs, and investigate operational variances to recommend corrective actions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive finance tasks and enhance reporting efficiency.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4-8+ years of FP&A or healthcare finance experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with proficiency in handling large datasets and scenario modeling.
• Solid grasp of healthcare finance concepts like CMS allowables, wRVUs, and GAAP principles.
