Role:
- Support financial health by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries in an ERP.
- Partner with Amazon and Target on billing, payment reconciliation, and customer compliance.
- Assist with month-end/year-end close, audits, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and cash disbursements with accurate ERP coding.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare AR/AP aging reports.
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports, supporting forecasting and audits.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and independent remote work ability.
