What You'll Do:
- Own the stablecoin product roadmap and drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
- Build products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and other corridors.
- Design seamless on/off-ramp flows and ensure interoperability with fiat rails like ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, or cross-border payments company.
- Deep stablecoin expertise including issuance, reserve models, on-chain settlement, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Regulatory fluency with AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, and US state licensing, plus analytical rigor with SQL and dashboards.
