Senior Benefits Analyst

This role involves implementing and managing Zapier’s global leave programs, serving as the primary point of contact and SME for U.S. leave programs while coordinating with global stakeholders for seamless administration. You will partner with third-party providers and payroll to ensure accurate pay, benefits continuation, and compliance, as well as monitor compliance updates and recommend program changes. Additionally, handling accommodation requests, advising on the evolution of perks programming, and improve Zapier’s wellness resources are key responsibilities. In partnership with the Benefits Manager, you will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global benefits and leave programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant.
