Senior Stock Administrator

GitLab's Stock Administration Department values collaboration and teamwork and is looking for a Senior Stock Administrator to manage global equity programs across 60+ countries. You will support day-to-day administration of equity programs, including processing new equity awards, stock option exercises, terminations, and grant modifications. You will maintain data in the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE database. Lead compliance and reporting efforts for equity programs across 60+ global jurisdictions, as well as respond to employee inquiries. Develop and deliver employee training and communications, support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration, and generate recurring reports. You will also manage SOX procedures related to equity processes. Experience with Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE platform and expertise with Stock Options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP programs are required.
