Triage and resolve support requests from users and partners via the Fieldprint Platform.
Maintain GitHub ticketing workflow and track status of incoming requests.
Test new features, document findings, and communicate issues to the development team.

Team Collaboration:

Support Science and Technology team meetings with scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Develop presentations, reports, and grant proposals for internal and external audiences.
Contribute to product documentation and roadmap evolution.

Growth and Development:

Build technical skills in product operations and environmental metrics over time.
Assist with prototyping and exploring new Platform features as skills develop.
Attend events and conferences, with up to 20% travel required.
