As a Strategic Business Partner DACH, you will plan and implement post-merger integrations across areas like sales, marketing, professional services, support, and R&D. You will analyze business processes based on operational and financial data, developing optimization proposals. You will create business cases to communicate improvements to stakeholders and collaborate with accounting teams for data integration. Ensuring compliance with standards, you'll translate financial data into actionable decisions for management. You will advise on best practices in reporting and build structures for reliable financial data. Supporting data migration, you'll lead analysis processes to evaluate the financial and operational development of acquired companies. Training management teams in reporting methods, you will initiate efficiency measures and process optimizations.
