Description:
- Understand client needs and provide advice related to personal and borrowing banking strategies for the client's benefit.
- Manage all transactional outcomes of client contacts or transfer them to appropriate internal groups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal and loan banking products, practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of personal lending and mortgage financing products.
- Knowledge of the competitive market and trends in product offerings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make credit decisions/recommendations in accordance with sound credit granting principles and in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Analyze problems and determine next steps.
- Broader tasks or responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
