Responsibilities:
- Build user-facing creation, customization, and avatar interaction flows.
- Integrate voice, LLM, memory, character state, and image or video generation services.
- Develop reliable APIs, queues, databases, observability, and failure recovery.
Requirements:
- Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript/React plus Python, Node.js, or a comparable backend stack.
- Experience with generative-AI APIs, real-time media, WebGL/Three.js, or character systems.
About the role:
- This is a contractor position to turn real-time AI anime avatars from prototypes into a production consumer product.
- You will work with product and design teams to iterate quickly and ship production-quality experiences.
