Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of client delivery, including planning, staffing, relationships, quality, issue management, and reporting.
- Coach and develop staff while assisting with business development and recruiting to support the practice's rapid growth.
- Lead internal initiatives and coordinate joint audits between SOC and other frameworks such as ISO 27001 or PCI DSS.
Qualifications:
- Hold at least one relevant certification: CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, or CISM.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years in IT audit or consulting, or equivalent financial audit experience, including at least 1 year of management experience in audit.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce excellent reports and documentation.
