About the role:
- Own billing, provider enrollment, and billing compliance for a new physician group.
- Be the main billing contact for physician offices and patients.
- Work under the direction of ICC's physician leadership.
What you'll do:
- Enroll and onboard physicians, manage PECOS and NPPES updates.
- Review, correct, and release Medicare claims through the Stedi billing portal.
- Perform coding quality audits and work denials, appeals, and overpayment returns.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of Medicare Part B professional billing for physician groups.
- Hands-on Medicare provider enrollment experience.
- Active coding credential (CPC, CPB, or CCS-P).
Location and logistics:
- Remote within California, Pacific time business hours.
- Occasional travel to physician offices around the state.
- Full-time, exempt position with base salary of $95,000+.
