Your Role:
- Own the full revenue cycle function for MSO clients, from coding through payment posting and denials management.
- Lead a large distributed team and serve as a senior trusted partner to practices.
- Deliver monthly financial results and drive improvements that directly impact practice financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all revenue cycle functions and manage KPIs like days in A/R and clean claim rate.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances for clients and leadership.
- Lead coding team, manage payor contracts, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
