About the Role:
- Lead revenue cycle management for a growing teletherapy company.
- Report directly to the President and Co-Founder.
What You'll Own:
- AR, denials, metrics, systems, and front-end revenue integrity.
- Automation and AI to eliminate manual billing work.
- Cash forecasting and compliance for adolescent behavioral health.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in RCM with 5+ years leading teams.
- Deep outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing expertise.
- Experience with startups and hands-on automation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Target base salary of $175,000 plus equity and benefits.
- Medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and quarterly mental health days.
- Fully remote from anywhere in the United States.
