About the Role:
- Lead Blackbird Health's revenue cycle operations during multi-state expansion.
- Own end-to-end RCM strategy, billing, collections, A/R, and payer enrollment.
- Serve as strategic partner to Finance, Operations, and Clinical leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Drive transformation across billing, denial reduction, and insurance authorizations.
- Oversee delegated credentialing and payer relationships.
- Optimize EHR/PM technology and vendor SLAs for accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of progressive revenue cycle management leadership experience.
- Hands-on expertise in delegated credentialing and multi-state payer enrollment.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance and PM/EHR platforms like Athena or Epic.
