What You'll Do:
- Partner with Client Executive and Relationship Manager to expand products and maintain customer trust.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on Experian Health product capabilities throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying key metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in healthcare IT and revenue cycle, with 3+ years in account management.
- 2+ years experience with Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status, and ERA.
- Salesforce or similar CRM expertise and Epic certification beneficial.
