About the Role:
- Process and submit claims to health plans accurately and on time, keeping work moving through the billing cycle.
- Work denials and rejections by researching root causes, making corrections, and resubmitting; flag patterns to address issues at the source.
- Follow up on reimbursement, support reporting and month-end close, and collaborate across teams on process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in medical billing, claims submission, or denials management.
- Working knowledge of claim lifecycle basics including CMS-1500/837, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and EOBs/ERAs.
- Strong communication skills and comfort using Google Suite and Excel for analysis.
