Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical leader owning solution quality end-to-end and stepping in confidently across any client, industry, or problem type.
  • Collaborate with RevOps Consultants, Technical Program Managers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across scoping, discovery, and solutioning, leading architecture decisions considering scalability and best practices.

Client & Team Leadership:

  • Establish trust with senior stakeholders, provide clarity through complexity, and ensure solution quality on accounts.
  • Facilitate workshops and decision meetings to steer cross-functional teams and leaders through change and operational improvement.
  • Improve team communication and work processes by defining standards, best practices, and new ways of working.

Qualifications & Impact:

  • Requires 10+ years of experience partnering with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions.
  • Bring deep expertise in solution architecture and Salesforce platform capabilities, with the ability to support business cases for technical investment.
  • Known for strategic problem solving, transforming how organizations operate, and actively creating an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary range of $160,000–$180,000 USD with adjustments based on geographical location and eligibility for a performance bonus plan.
