Senior Billing Analyst (Remote - US)

The Senior Billing Analyst will be responsible for accurately processing and managing customer invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and proactively identify root causes and resolutions for arising issues. They should have leadership qualities with the intention to assist and lead other teammates when needed. They will generate and send out customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner through the billing system. They will also be responsible for accuracy and completeness of billing based on client guidelines. Further responsibilities include updating billing systems with pricing and other changes to the client’s subscription as outlined in SOPs, reviewing and reconciling billing discrepancies, and investigating and resolving billing inquiries from customers. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve processes, maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions, and process approved adjustment requests from Operations and Client Services. Additional responsibilities involve assisting with month-end closing activities as needed, handling hypercare and customer escalations in a prompt and professional manner, demonstrating knowledge of monthly imports and execution when required, and displaying leadership skills with willingness to guide other members of the team.
